Sensor Class Stistory The ten members of our class who began school here and remained for twelve years through all our hardships and pleasures are; Shelby Britt, born north of Buie's Creek on February 14, 1937; Ruby Lee Bunn, born in Erwin, September 17, 1936; Larry Ennis, born in Buie's Creek, November 18, 1936; Gail Gregory, born in Smithfield, July 28, 1937; Martha Gregory, born in Buie's Creek, March 20, 1937; Henry Howard, born in Buie’s Creek, March 12, 1937; Gretchen Matthews, born in Buie’s Creek, August 30, 1937; Rudolph Stewart, born in Buie's Creek, March 24, 1936; Ann Weaver, born in Buie's Creek, November 3, 1936; and Janet Williams, born in Apex, December 19, 1936. All ten members have been active in school work and activities, Two newcomers to our class this year are: Betty Ayscue, born in Warrenton, June 18, 1937; and Gaynelle Driver, born in Louisburg, January 25, 1937. Betty attended school in Townsville, Franklinton, Creedmoor, and Wilton, before transferring here this year. She transferred from here to Durham in November, Gaynelle attended school in Youngsville and Bunn before trans- ferring here this year. Peggy Baker was born in Lillington, November 3, 1937, She attended school in Lillington and Coats before joining us in the ninth grade, G, W. Baucom was born in Lillington, April 18, 1936, and attended school in Coats before joining us in the seventh grade. Sherrill Butts, born in Angier, November 13, 1936, attended school in Angier, joining us in the seventh grade. Bobby Byrd was born in Barclaysville, May 19, 1936, He attended school in Coats and joined us in the fourth grade, Betty Sue Hardee was born in Fuquay Springs, December 30, 1936. She went to school in Lillington and joined us in the seventh grade, Rubelle Harper was born in Willow Springs, January 17, 1937. After attending school in Coats, she joined us in the first grade. After going to school in Bunnlevel, Weldon, and Lillington, Fred Jones, born January 24, 1936, joined us in the ninth grade, Faye McLeod was born in Angier, January 15, 1936. She attended school in Archie Lodge and Angier, and joined us in the first grade after attending school in Bushy Fork.
