Class H istoty Geraldine Butler was born in Erwin on June 27, 1932. She was active in class activities and participated in sports. She was a member of the 4-H Club and annual staff. William Burt Dechent was born February 13, 1932 in Chicago, Illinois. He attended E.M.I. and finished at Buie’s Creek School. Sam Dixon was born June 8, 1932, Buie’s Creek, N.C. He attended his first two years at Raeford school and has been with us ever since. Norma Jean Ferrell was born August 17, 1933 in Buie’s Creek, N.C. She entered the first grade at Buie’s Creek and has been with us ever since. She was a cheerleader, basketball player, a member of the 4-H Club, superlative, and also was on the annual staff. Betty Jean Gregory was born February 12, 1933 in Harnett County. She has been to school here from start to finish. She was a member of the an- nual staff, the 4-H Club, among the class superlatives and also a cheerleader. Donald Wayne Hardee was born January 12, 1933, in Harnett County. He entered the first grade at Lillington, N.C. to remain there until he finished his sophomore year; then he entered Buie’s Creek School as a Junior and finished here with us. William Duane Harmon was born April 26, 1933 in Harnett County. He entered the first grade at Erwin, N.C.; then he joined us in the third grade and has been with us ever since. He has been active in all sports and also activities. Eugenia Carol Johnson was born in Lillington, N.C. on December 1, 1932. She attended Lillington School for eight years and then finished at Buie’s Creek. She was among the class officers and superlatives all through high school and was a cheerleader in her sophomore year. Thomas Long Lloyd was born March 29, 1933 in Orange County. He at- tended Buie’s Creek School for twelve years. He took part in all class ac- tivities and was an excellent bus driver. Verla Elizabeth Pulley was born March 1, 1931, in Buie’s Creek. She was very active in class activities and attended all sports as a hearty well wisher. Wayne Markham Ramer was born in Transylvania County on September 18, 1933. He attended Pisgah Forest, Brevard, Selma, Franklin, Randolph Henry High School, and Buie’s Creek High School, Robert Wilson Roberson was born April 9, 1933, in Buie’s Creek, N.C. He entered the first grade at Buie’s Creek and has been with us ever since. He played basketball and has been a good player. His record shows that he was popular. He was vice-president in the Junior Class, president in the senior class, among the superlatives all through High School, a member of the French Club and a member of the 4-H Club. He also played baseball his third and fourth year. Ivy Kenyon Stafford, Jr., was born November 17, 1932, in Buncombe Coun- ty. He entered school at Woodfin School in Asheville, N.C. Later he entered Stanley High School, after which he joined us here to graduate from Buie’s Creek School. William Samuel Sox was born February 1, 1931, in Coats, N.C. He attended Erwin, Coats, Lafayette, and Buie’s Creek Schools. Sue Turlington was born August 10, 1933 near Angier, N.C. She entered the first grade at Buie’s Creek and has attended school here all twelve years. She has been an active member of the Buie’s Creek High School especially when it came to basketball.

Sast Will and Jestament Having made our mark upon this worthy campus, We the Senior class of nineteen hundred and fifty-one, do hereby proclaim this document official. The following acts to be executed by whomever they may concern. SECTION I ARTICLE I. To Mr. Johnson, our principal, we leave our love and our deepest appreciation for his untiring interest and deep concern for us. ARTICLE II. To our Faculty, we will our honor and respect of the Senior class. SECTION II ARTICLE I. To the Junior class, We will our ability to cut class and get caught. ARTICLE II. To the Sophomore class, We will our good reputation. ARTICLE III. To the Freshman class, We willour ability to pay atten- tion in class. SECTION Il ARTICLE I. I, Geraldine Butler, will my typing technique to Edna Royals. ARTICLE MII. I, William Dechent, will my ability to come to school late and get away with it and also my ability tocatch a ride to Lillington any time at night to Roy Waddell. ARTICLE III. I, Sam Dixon, will my ability to sleep in class to Billy Green. ARTICLE IV. I, Jean Ferrell, will my ability to get my driver's li- cense to Betty Ann Butts. ARTICLE V. I, Betty Jean Gregory, will my ability to talk fast to Edna Lee Page. ARTICLE VI. I, Wayne Hardee, will my ability to drive a school bus to Bill Henshaw. ARTICLE VII. I, Duane Harmon, will my ‘thunt and peck system’’ in typing to L. C. Walston. ARTICLE VIII. I, Carol Johnson, will my ability to n.ster French lan- guage to ‘‘Buck’’ Johnson. ARTICLE IX. I, Tommy Lloyd, wll my ability to get out of class to Harold Fleming Matthews. ARTICLE xX. I, Elizabeth Pulley, will my love for Lillington to Fran- ces Matthews. ARTICLE XI. I, Wayne Ramer,will my good taste for ‘‘mountain oys= ters’’ to Findley Chambers. ARTICLE XII. I, Bobby Roberson, will my ability to get in and out of trouble all the time to ‘‘Levi’’ Rogers.
