FRENCH CLUB French Club is larger this year than it has been for the past sev- eral years. To be a member of French Club you had to be currently enrolled in a French class or if you had had French in other years. To be an officer, you had to be currently enrolled in an advanced French class. Only two people qualified to hold office. Jeff Dill, pres, and Laurie Wolfe, vice pres. This club bought T-shirts this year saying such things as Embrasse Moi , and Je parle francaise de langue d'amour. LIBRAR Y AND GERMAN CLUBS Members of German Club: Scott Stroup, Barbara Sample, Mary Hatcher, Eddie Hawk- ins, Lyn Bailey, and Richard Durbin. The purpose of Library Club is to promote understanding in the use of books and li- brary services. Members constantly shelve books, take care of the newspapers, run files, and process new books. They also had a float in the football festival parade. An- other project of the club is reading to the nursery school children. On December 6 they also plan a Christmas Banquet.
