Looking back on what we did; memories of fun and good TIMES; the laughter still echoes through the halls of our minds; as the school year is ending. Memories replace today; as we look back from tomorrow' among the classes and the ball games we shared; Filled with happiness and sorrow. TIME is filled with memories; and our life is filled with TIME: so as the year is coming to a close; another year of memories has been packed into our minds. What is a memory? A memory is a small piece of TIME with meaning. It is the meaning of close friendships, of roaring laughter, and of falling tears. It is the meaning of the TIMES we won, and of the TIMES we lost. It is the meaning of the past, for without the past we could not have, memories . . . ME TIME TIME TIME TIME TIME TIME TIME TIMI

TIME TI ME TIME TIME TIME TI ME TIME TIME TI The question arises, “Was school always as boring as some people had put it up to be? We were caught exchanging for- bidden conversations on paper during the teachers boring lec- tures and using the lunch table in the cafeteria as a freeway for speeding peas that you were flipping at your enemies. Those were the sun spots of fun standing out in the darkness and drudgery of five days of school each week. We always looked forward to those weekends when we could see our friends up town and at the high school dances. Friends brought us the laughter we shared together and they created the good times we had. During a school year we have several dances Think back on the dance when you and your partner felt as if you were the only people in the world. You felt that the dance floor was yours, and you “bumped your blues away while getting caught up in the fascinating lights and the rhythm of the mu- sic. All of a sudden, you miss your partners hip. Embarrassed for a moment, then laughing with the crowd. The sense of unity appeared again. Looking back on the school year of 1978-79 we find that the boredom is still there but a sense of fun and unity that we've shared together makes the boredom seem as a grain of sand in a vast desert.
