FRANTIC FR08H Buena Vista provides the usual college problems. There is the hectic frustration of registration, the decathlon of finals, and the agony of grades; the anguish of term papers and 199 ' s. However, Buena Vista offers its own special delights: Flagg ' s delicious homecooked hamburger, hash, potato chips, and more hamburgers; an exciting, infinite variety of dances; vintage 1942 movies; and the Union.
