DEDICATION ln 195 when Buena Vista accepted us as freshmen, another speci member ioined our family. His name is Chung Choon Ki, and h is now ci young man of fifteen. Chung Choo Ki lives in a Pusan orphanage. His parents died within a mo th of each other in the early years of The war. After the ragedy of losing both parents Choon Ki began a life of ndering from place To place. Young as he was, he had an 'dea he should go To Seoul and he set out, all alone, To get There. ln the chaos brought about by the war The child was unnoticed among the swarms of refugees filling the roads, nd he survived by a miracle, begging a handful of food w rever he could. For Two years he lived This way until he fin ly arrived in Pusan, having traveled on foot all of the way. Through Foster Parents Plan, nc., Buena Vista college became his foster parents. He corre onds regularly with us and intends to enter a theological s ool when he finishes his high school education. Although we have never seen you, Chung Choon Ki, this is how we picture you.
