T h r ough education, personalities are being fashioned, minds are being developed, and the citizens of tomorrow are being groomed for the tremendous job of leading the United States and the World. In order to accomplish this responsibility, there must be cooperation from everyone, from the individual student upthrough the highest authority. Now, cooperation is not just one man's fancyg it is an absolute ne c e s sity. Without it, ne ithe r the simplest, nor the most complicated formslof life could exist. Proper respect for one's self and for others is the best means I know to attain a desirable co- operation, thus getting the job well done. To each of you, and to this ideal, Ihonestly and sincerely pledge myself and my efforts. Leslie Sherman ,,n45 SUPERINTENDENT 'S MESSAGE Dear Students: The Annual Staff and Sponsor have put forth a golden performance in this 1954 yearbook. Congratulations, Seniors, on a job well done. J. D. Brian y
