Follow The Rainbow A myriad of color, shining through the days contrary to life in it ' s magical ways, a realists ' s miracle, a dreamers sign, just a simple fantasy, I can never make mine. A daytime full of sunshine, a minute full of rain, can make a lifetime of rainbows shine over and over again. A lifetime full of rainbows eluding me so far, an illusionary memory, like the far-off stars. The cleanness of the rainshine starts a dreamers day the magnificence of the concept leaves nothing left to say. As I journey down life ' s pathways, through creative nights and dreamers days I ' ll always look upward, to find the rainbow ' s way. LRS ML IM ftCMk » » ' '

■ There are brillant shooting stars, awe-inspiring eclipses, ma- jestic mountains, vast oceans, beautiful billowing white clouds, roaring thunder, flashing light- ning, and Rainbows. Of all these wonders of the world, the Rain- bow is the most simplistic yet magnificent. It evokes the imagi- nation and dreams of many. Also, these Arches of Color have come to represent the dreams and aspirations of the richest man to the poorest man, and from the college graduate to the pre-schooler. The Rainbow is the first glimmer of light after the storm and it symbolizes the reali- ty of success or achievement after a struggle or an effort. During the course of our years at Buena Park High School we will be faced with many aspira- tions on a day to day basis. Also, many of us have an ultimate goal which we hope to fulfill some- time in the future after our high school years are over. These goals are as varied as each indi- vidual here at Buena Park. Our aspirations are not always thought of day to day but they are merely at the back of our minds sub-consciously motivat- ing and dictating our actions and words. After a storm, when we look upward into the sky and gaze upon a Rainbow our goals are brought vividly to mind. We re- member our desired victories, our wanted successes, and our hope full fulfillments. At the end of every storm there is always a Rainbow. So, when the times get rough, and the going gets tough, follow your aspirations and dreams Follow the Rainbow: Storm clouds gathered, thunder boomed, lightning flashed, raindrops fell, winds blew, clouds parted, and the storm was over. Zhen. colors emerged, and there was a Kainbow. to admire, to chase, and . . . to follow.
