Kitchen duties are accomplished by Mrs, Killeen as skillfully and neatly as her classroom duties. 9395 A ,E Q SQ. FD. va. li Q ff' H4 r Mrs. Killeen, a three-year member of our faculty, works with Journalism and Publications classes THE l96O yearbook staff of Buena Park High School proudly dedicates this Los Coyotes Annual to Mrs. Catherine Killeen, whose support and encouragement have made possible our annuals since l958. She has been of vital importance to our campus, teaching English, journalism, and publications here for three years. Be- sides co-ordinating yearbook activity, part of Mrs. Killee-n's time is spent in supervising editions of our school paper, Paw Prints. Before coming to our campus, Mrs. Killeen taught arts and crafts at Western Junior High. Although she prefers teaching iournalism to teaching arts and crafts, she spends many enioyable moments working with arts and crafts as a hobby. Prior to her teaching career, she lived in Wyoming where she attended the University of Wyoming. She and her husband, John A, Killeen, who is a Vice Principal at Bellflower High, have been happily married since l945. Not being superstitious, they were married on a Friday, the thirteenth. P Those who have had Mrs. Killeen for a teacher know that she is interested in the student as well as the subiect. Thank-you, Mrs. Killeen for being so vitally interested in school activities, and for making this annual possible.
