SECOND ROW: Joe Wagner CTrainerD, Lou Cardamone CAss't Coachj, Dave Hunter, Jerry Gebhardt, Nick Kober, Tim Spurlock, Tom Kanuk, Paul Garvin, Dean Hunter, Tom The Bucyrus Redmen have a season to be proud of, winning 8 games out of 10 and earning 2nd. in the NOL. The boys worked hard and dedicated themselves to a winning year. Under the sure hands of Head Coach, Robert Boyles the team worked for per- fection and unity, and each game played showed improvement. Although they did not win all the games, they never gave up, and when the going got tough the Redmen got tougher. The Redmen were in top flight condition all through the year and this was a major factor in the fine season. Not to be forgotten are cheer- leaders who gave the boys spirit and desire to try harder when the chips were down. Win or lose they were always giving support. The school owes much to the Redmen this year. To the coaches who brought football back to Bucyrus, an even greater debtis owed. Co-captains Tim Raybuck and Jon Grimes were hard-working team leaders.
