BELOW: Dick Wenninger rings out the news of the com- pletion of his high school career. its -n Ac, 48 RIGHT: Among the many awards presented during the recogni- tion assembly, Senior class president Bill Usher presents Miss Thompson with a gift to show appreciation for her efforts as class advisor, The Seniors expressed their gratitude with a stand- ing ovation, ABOVE: Several contented Senior boys sit back and converse while their breakfast digests. Senior Day Arrives ABOVE: The hungry ones, Mike Miller, Bob Carle. and Greg Brown head the line of Seniors waiting to be served breakfast. Senior Day began bright and early with a 6:30 breakfast at Aumiller Park, where teachers pre- pared a meal of ham and eggs, rolls, juice, and milk for the tired but hungry Seniors. At 1:00, following Baccalaureate and Commencement prac- tices, the annual Senior recognition assem- bly began. Seniors marked the farewell of the 99th graduating class of Bucyrus High School by thetollingofthe bells.

Talented Seniors Star in Class Musical Seniors this year presented something different-a musical She Loves lVle concerned two co-workers in a parfumerie, played by Barb Gebhardt and Larry Walimire who were car- rying on a correspondence with Dear Friend , not knowing they were writing to each other. The play is enlivened by co- workers Bill Usher and Kathy Vasil as Steven Kodaly and Ilona Ritter, who are constantly having lovers' quarrels. Other Seniors with lead roles were Bob Rahm as Mr. Nlarac- zek, the owner and proprietor of the parfumerie, Dean Schell as Arpad, the delivery boy and Dick Wenninger as clerk, Lad- islav Sipos, Georges close friend and adviser. On her way to meet Dear Friend , Barb Gebhardt, as Amalia Balash, sings Will He Like Me . With John Seele's violin music creating a romantic atmosphere, Excited customers, Lottie Wilkes and Linda Esterline, Laffy Wahmwe' as George Nowackl Smgs qango Tragquen to complain to clerk Bill Usher.
