BUCYRIAN 0 0 0 0 0 0 1946 CHARLES EICHER, President. MADONNA HAALA, Vice President ROBERT CRIBLEZ, Secretary-Treasurer JUNIDIQ CLASS HISTUDY Recalling the past we see ourselves going into the auditorium, where we were told what to do. How proud we felt that first day of Junior High School. There was only one shadow on the day to make it less than perfect . . . . the Seniors paid no attention to us. As the year progressed we elected class officers: James Miller, presi- dentg Gwen Rife, vice presidentg Grace Shiffer, secretary-treasurer. Mr. Eldon Armbrust served as our advisor. We made money by selling magazines during the year. No officers were elected during the next year when we were in the eighth grade, but the Blue Triangle Theater PParty is still remembered as the chief event of the year. At last we were Freshmen. Now we were something or so we thought. Again, we elected no class officers and again the Blue Triangle Dinner Party and ball game marked the year's high for us. When at last we became Sophomores, we elected Charles Eiclier, presf- dentg Eugene Cress, vice-president, Mary Carver, secretary-treasurer. Mr. Charles Tschanen was elected advisor. The big event in the year was, cf course, the Sophomore Prom, which many members of the class can recall with pleasure. Having arrived at our Junior year, 11945-19461, Charles Eicher was re-elected class president. Madonna Haala became vice-president, and Rob- ert Criblez was elected to the thankless job of keeping the records azil collecting the money. The class ran the concession stand at all B. IPI. S. athletic events. The high water markqof our school life, so far, was the J unior-Senior Reception, May 3, 1946. Committee chairmen were: Program, Charles Garverick. Decoration, Regis Nelman. Menu, Su- zanne Rorick. Dining Room, Nancy Ashbaugh. Ticket, Edward Berry. The best is yet to be . . . next year we will have arrived. We hope to be Seniors. ROBERT CRIBLEZ, Secretary-Treasurer. 126.1
