aiijwaofa CL-A5511-xlelrloznr In 1941 the senior class of 1945 entered B.C.H.S. with an enrollment of twentyetwo students., The eofficers for the freshman year were: President, Kenneth Singleton, -vice- president, Arlene Eckerg secretaryetreasurer, Harold Lueb- chowg historian, Delmar Krumwiede. The freshman class was represented in the Student Council by Lillian Engehausen andt Robert Wepp1er.- Miss Lucyellen Tbuhey was the class advisor. No different from other classes, the seniors had to go through the procedure.of initiation. The annual Freshman Reception was sponsored by the Board of Education, and we were entertained by the upperclassmeng Becausen of the changes made by Ace and Evelyn Page moving to Nebraska, and Donald Cowqer coming from Chicago Heights, Twentyione sophomores marched through the doors of B. C. HL S. in the fall of 1942. During the sophomore year, the following class members held officer Wilbur Grenewoldg president, Donald Cowger, vice-presidentg James Flanigan, secretary-treasurerg Elmer Heber, historiang Wilbur Grone- weld, Donald Cowger, Student Council members. ,The class sponsor was Miss Touhey, ' ' 3 V The sophomore class won the War Bond and Stamp Contest, and was given a party sponsored by the other classes. 1 .
