Buckley, Illinois May 25, 1955 Dear Bill, We missed you at our class reunion last week. A good many things have happened since I last saw you. We met at good old Buckley High. Since it was to be an all day affair, we started about eight-thirty in the morning. Everyone hurried to get here. Cool drinks were furnished by the cafe operator, Harold Rust. Ruth and Edna had a wonderful time because the four bachelors came back. This is the information we gathered of all the classmates. Gladys Baker married Chuck Hitz and they X' are living in Hammond, Indiana. They have two sets of twins. Gladys is be- hind the stove making chili for her husband. It present Chuck is Head of the World Court. Edna Lou Bradshaw at present is a WAVE and is cruising the South Seas. J. L. Copas has moved back to his old Kentucky home. He is married and rearing seven children. Farming seems to be his life ambition. His brother Bill is an admiral in the Navy. He has a girl in- every port and can't make up his mind, but he'll undoubtedly go back to Kentucky to get the girl of hi dreams. at Glenn Dippel is still a bachelor. He has made several trips out East, but decided Buckley is the garden spot of Amer- ica. B Luella Ecker and Esther Sprehe are operating a junk yard in Buckley. their hopes are high. At present two bachelors have moved next door and Winona Fox is cehducting a male orchestra in Chicago. l 5 sg! 1 I 1 i 1
