Working in the tent was an ex- perience in Itself The way people stuffed their faces, and the things they ate made me flip. ll guess you just had to be there.1 All of my friends were there, and seeing them work- ing on their animals that they had taken care of all year was very exciting. Overall, the fair was a great week. The best part was getting out of school. 16fStudent Llfe FOUR- WHEELIN' FUN! Getting a bunch of guys together to go muddin' and get rowdy is great. To the average person, driving through mud, up hills, and across fields may not seem to exciting, but it can be a lot of fun. Driving across, through, and over terrian that is too rugged for the average vehicle gives you a feeling of pow- er. Occasionally, you may get a lit- tle to ambitious, and have to get one of your buddies to pull you out. lt is a know fact that four-wheeling can seriously damage your truck, but many people take that risk anyway. lt is kind of a challange, to see who can go through the most mud, or climb the steepest hill. Be- sides the gas you burn, there is an- other expense drawback to this ever growing hobby.
