From all the tales l had heard, I thought if you opened your mouth you got beat up. Once l got to school though It wasn't that bad. You made new friends easily enough because most of them felt the same way you did. Competition in sports is a lot harder than in junior high. There are a lot more athletes and the same amount of spots to fill on the teams. But there is a bigger selection of sportsg which means a lot more people can participate. Over all this year hasn 't been as bad as l expected, although it's been far from per- fect! - Bob Platt - Freshmen!l47
