To show the guys what the girls of Buckeye were made of, the G.A.A. organized a powderpuff football game in October between the upper and lower classmen. The Junior-Senior team played the Freshman-Sophomore team to a 6-0 victory. Jeanie Houston’s home set the scene for the Halloween party. Winners of the costume contest were: cutest, Debbie Schumacher; most original, Bonny Feuchter; funniest, Gina Reese; ugliest, Betty Turpish; and sexiest, Melanee Miller. Games and refresh- ments accompanied the contest. As guests of the Highland G.A.A., the Buckeye club joined in volleyball and basketball games and gymnastics for a playday. What seems to be the attraction at the G.A.A. Halloween Party? 14
