Hunter, Paula Gist, Barbara Palmer, Mary Ann Pit- tenger, Herbert Pike, and Alan Robins received Merit Scholarship Certificates, In addition, Mary Ann Pittenger, and Herbert Pike have received four year scholarships. In State Competition, the General Scholarship Test, Malcolm Pollard re- ceived first place in Summit County and ninth place in the State. Paula Gist received ninth place in the county.
