Posters received from other countries were also displayed at Buchser. An eye tor beauty and hands and a mind to recapture it are of prime im- portance to -the artist. The ability to take notice ot the picturesque and the desire to express emotion are equally essential. Young talent is constantly being discov- ered and encouraged by the Art Depart- ment at Buchser. New techniques are presented to the art student which he may like to explore as a hobby or develop as a career.
