Arriving there on hour before the judging wos to begin sounded like o good ideo os Sherry Wolverron. one of the builders, grobbed some extro noils. As Shoron Tilly pulled the floor in the comoufloged truck, she looked up or the sky. hoping it wouldn't roin Debbie Johnson ond Stef Floor did o little hoping of their own. In spire of the proyers offered by the girls, the roin’ begon to foil ond the wind begon to blow The truck mode its woy to o resting spot behind the 76 gos srotion but the floor wos in no condition to be judged As the four girls sot in the truck, Shoron noticed thot the wind hod blown over the tent. Shoron ron to the floor to try to hold the poles up. ond Stef went with the thought of the bolloons thot would soon be gone with the wind olso. Dy the time the roin hod stopped. Shoron ond Stef were sopping wet. All of the girls sow Mr. Ooshoro drive by with o smile on his foce ond they oil knew the porode must hove been concelled With o lot of disoppoinrment rhe girls begon to go home, but to their surprise, rhe other floors begon to orrive. As the other dosses pulled’their floors in. Shoron repoired the Junior floor, ond Stef. Debbie, ond Sherry got their costumes on. Everyone took their ploces ond the judges mode their rounds. Kelley Kerr ond Rob Wilson wolked by ond so did mony other spectators Mr ond Mrs. Rennhock were olso there to lend o help- ing hond with some Duchonon olumni. The Junior floor builders grew o little nervous, bur then the judges pointed to them os rhe winners of the floor building contest. As the porode begon with Missy Scroggins os the Homecoming Queen ond Scott Riley os the King, they were glod they hod come early The porode mode its woy to Memorial Field finding the finol score to be 26-Buchonon. 6-Edwordsburg The night ended with o donee sponsored by the 5RA WAOR helped the Bucks to celebrate their homecom- ing victory 16 Homecoming

Drama encourages participation Arsenic and Old Lace by Joseph Kesselring centers oround two sweer. elderly sisters named Abby ond Mortho Brewster (Cheryl Neirch ond Gayle Morsh). These two are aunts to a dromo critic, Mortimer (Ed Eddington), who wonts nothing more than to elope with Eloine Horper (Michele Burgoyne). Elaine, however, insists that her father. Rev. Horper (Mike Lowery), performs the ceremony. Teddy is another of the Brewster sisters' nephews. Teddy (Brian Bock) is on eccentric who believes he is Theodore Roosevelt. He periodically blows o bugle ond doshes up Son Juan Hill (the stoirs) yelling Chorge!!! The trouble begins when Morr finds that his ounts hove the nasty habit of poisoning lonely old men with their elderberry wine ond then having Teddy burry the men in Ponomo (the cellar) os victims of the yellow fever. While Mort fries in voin to persuade the ounts to stop their hobby of ‘ helping elderly gentlemen to o peaceful end. they try to poison Mr. Gibbs (Dwoyne Kirkdorfer). Loter, the Brewsters ore poid o visit from the severol-rimes-removed nephew, Jonathon (Raymond Jackson), who. thonks to his alcoholic plastic surgeon. Dr. Einstein (Lynn Dings), he looks like Boris Karloff. Greater trouble ensues when the policemen Brophy. Klein. O'Haro, ond Rooney (Eric Kuhl, Mike Eddington, Mike Lowery, ond Morr Eddington) come to answer o comploint obouf Ted- dy blowing his bugle.
