At the heginning of the school year, the following ofhcers were chosen: President, Dale Dellingerg Vice President, Harry Kellyg Secretary, Bonnie Poormang Treasurer, Dee Ann Calhetzorg and Buckhorn re- porter, lanis Sexton. The Student Council represen- tatives were Larry Phoenix and lanis Sexton. All of the officers proved that they were capahle of holding their positions. The lirst activity of the year was the lunior Dance of Octoher 9 after the Buchanan-Niles foothall game. 28 There was a big lllt'llOLll. On Novemher 20 the ltinior Play, Mother is a Fresliinanf' was presented. Under the direction of Mr. lilhers. the play was a great success. The next lmig event was the arrival of the long an- ticipated class rings. That was really a big day! Last htit not least, a wonderful prom was presented for the Seniors on May 29. This ended a wonderful year which none will forget. The luniors wish to express their sincere gratitude to Mir. Llhers and Mrs. Steffen, their class advisors, for the time and help they have given to the class throughout the entire year. -Dee Ann Calhetxor
