With the supervision and guidance oi our two proficient advisers, Miss Helm and Mr. Elbers, We luniors teel that we have had a very happy and memorable year. Our class officers: Ralph Ander- sonePresident, Ierry Lauver-Vice-President, Bev- erly Morellie-Secretary, and George Manspeaker -Treasurer proved that they were capable of handling their positions. Marion Baker and Gene Lolmaugh stood up for us in Student Council as our representatives. Chuck Nichols was elected Vice- President of this organization. Sara Marrs wrote up the lunior news for us in the Buckhorn, During the year our class participated in such clubs and activities as Glee Club, Band, Orchestra, Buckhorn Statt, Library Club, B Club, BFA., Spanish Club, Trade School, F.H.A., and all sports. Two of the highlights of the year were present- ing our play, Beauty and the Beef, a three act comedy, directed by Mr. Elbers and the arrival of our long anticipated class rings the tirst Week in December. After the Niles-Buchanan basketball game, we sponsored a dance. The proceeds went to make a grand prom for the Seniors. This event ended our lunior year. Nancy Lozicki
