About 120 seventh graders, with hearts pound- ing and knees knocking, entered B.H.S. in Sepf tember. We elected the following officers: Derrill Coon- fieldfPresident, Guy Dinolfo--Vice-President, Tom Boyer-Secretary, and Mara TrappfTreasurer. We picked Dale Chubb and Gloria Roland for our Student Council Representatives. lim Dall and Dick Gardner were selected as class reporters and Annette Smith and ludy Hanlin were chosen as cheerleaders, with lanet Ender as an alternate. Winning our first basketball game with St. Ioe was our first milestone. The score was 34-16. The seventh grade sponsored two junior high parties. At them we played games, round and square danced, and served refreshments. All in all we think weve had a wonderful year. We want to thank all our teachers and especially our class advisers, Mr. Dougherty and Mrs. Magro, for their patience and helpful advice. -Rosalie Carson

The class reporters for the Buckhorn were Virginia Soules, Sally Renbarger, and Marjorie G'Der. During the school year we had several Iunior Bob row: Lowe 12 Cramer, David Samson, Dale Canfield, Tex Wilcox, Eugene Dennis Dillavon, Larry VVile, lint Converse, David Bohl, ry, Mr. Decker. High parties. All of them turned out very well and were sure that everyone had a nice time. We also organized a basketball tearn. To cheer our boys on, we choose cheerleaders: lo- anne Pollard and loyce Lolmaugh with Anne Bor- land as substitute. We would all like to thank Miss Hargis and Mr. Decker for their fine help as our class advisers. They have been very helpful and considerate all through this year. Barbara Hee-zen
