This starts a riot, and all the people turn against him, even Nellie Bowman iMary Donleyl with whom he is in love. It looks like goodbye, Elmer, when Mae Morris fJean Russelll, a flapper from Roberts' city comes and exposes the treachery of Roberts and saves Car- ter.
