S., we w'eren't so sure of our- selves, but after getting in the wrong class rooms and making several other slight errors, we settled down to work. After much consideration ftypical of our classl, we elected Shirley Rolen, president, Ted Lyon, vice-president, and Dorothy Brown, secre- tary-treasurer. In athletics we did well for freshmen, having eight men receive foot- ball letters and two men on the basketball squad. Several men were also on the track team. The girls did their share by winning the volley-ball championship. The class also sponsored several parties. Our advisers were Miss Dorothea Chandler and Miss Alice Rochenbach. This year we started out with the reputation of being the peppiest class enrolled in B. H. S. We had several football men this year, one of them was on the football first team. We were again represented in bas- ketball by having three men onthe team. The class officers for this year are: Edward Spasek, president, Cherry Heim, vice-president, and Bill Habicht, secretary-treasurer. We chose as our advisers, Miss Janet Thompson and Mr. Ray Miller.
