Editorial In the course of life there is much that resembles the building of a houseg that is, there are certain similar stages of development. The steps in the building of a house are the laying of a foundation, then the erecting of the studding, and finally the completing of the construction workg and in life these steps are duplicated. With our grammar school education We have laid our foundation for our house of life, those fundamentals which We learned in this first stage of our education are the firm things upon which We base our entire men- tal start off. ' When the foundation Work was completed, We erected the- studding of our house of life in the form of our high school education, erected the studding, the guiding frame work, of our lives. Here We have received the cultural training, the training of the mind, which is to greatly shape our personalities and our very lives. Thus We have completed our outline, our pattern, the frame Work on which to build, but We must take our place in the everyday round of life, and strive to make our mark in completing our house. Which will We each build, a master-piece or a shack? Annual Staff Editor-in-chief Thomas Quirk Business Manager . . . George Spatta Assistant Business Manager . Donald Burrus Literary Editor . . .
