Margaret Harlow, the girl with the sweet disposition, is now pulling rabbits from a hat—a lady magician. Inus King, who was such a studious lass, is now making every effort in college to pass. I met up with a “tar heel” the other day and found out that Armis- tice Lemon is teaching Home Economics in North Carolina. One day not long ago, I dropped in at the U. S. Patent Office and there I saw Mary Lankenhoker at a piano. She is employed as a tune de- tector. Ethel Lugar is now in Washington supervising Social Service Activ- ities for the President. And wait, there was Mariam Manspile, where is she now? Yes, I remember, she is the famous basketball coach for Columbia University. Ruby Manspile is a famous young lawyer. Her latest case was de- fending the accused assassinator of the Governor of Virginia. Eleanor Markham has recently completed the decoration of Doris Marshall’s mansion in Beverly Hills. Rebecca McClelland is now quite a settled young “farmerette”. Remember Iris Mowles who giggled all the day? She is giggling for the movies now and gets plenty of pay. Juanita O’Connor is in a musical comedy, now, and quite a scream. Mary Perry, ever an industrious soul, patiently teaches Kangaroos to bowl. Isabelle Ransone is married to the Head of Michigan’s Tourist Bu- reau. One of our number, Agnes Reynolds, has followed in the footsteps of Edna St. Vincent Millay to become a famous poet. Irene Ruble is now modeling dresses for the Junior Department of Miller and Rhodes. Mary Spangler is doing Stenographic work for her future husband. Nell Stinnett, who a teacher wished to be, is now married and raising children three. Kathryn Stinett, the girl with the pretty brown eyes, is meeting Thursday afternoons with the “Circle of Young Wives”. Marie Thorn, the girl with the light brown hair, is now doing a skit in the Vanity Fair. Cornelia Vassar leads the list of America’s first ten in athletics and amateur sports. Nancy Walker is now star reporter for the Atlanta Journal. Hilda Welch, that blond haired girl, is now earning a living by mak- ing hair curl. The industrious Home Economics student, Mae Wells, now owns a shop famous for its baking. Nancy Wickline is making political speeches in behalf of Hazel Wright, who is running for Mayor of Buchanan on the Goldigger’s ticket. You see the years have treated us well, and so we bid you a fond fare- well.
