Boys and Girls 4-H Clubs HOOSIERETTS Girls 4-H Club OFFICERS Wanda Pyle .....,. President Norma Jean Keller . . . Vice President Nancy Miller . . . Secretary Sz Treasurer Members: Betty DeHoff. Jean DeHoff, Nadine Hoskins. Norma Lou Hoskins, Thelma Mumby, Lois Craig, Norma Jean Kelleri, Virginia Craig? Lavaun Keller? Patsy Spade, Johann Montgomery, Margaret Rose Miller, Nancy Miller, Dorothy Franks, Hazel Pyle? and Dale Craig. This year the girls in this club carried several projects. They were: Canning, Clothing, Baking, Gardening, Food Preparation and Victory Club. Virginia Craig and Norma Jean Keller were chosen from the Junior Leaders in our club to attend the Purdue Round-up June 12th to 14th. On June 15th to 19th, Jay, Blackford, Huntington and Grant Counties had their annual 4-H Club Camp at Camp Alexander Mack, near Milford, Indiana. The girls from this club who attended this camp were: Nancy Miller, Nadine Hoskins, Norma Lou Hoskins, Thelma Mumby. Lois Craig, Patsy Spade, Johann Montgomery, Wanda Pyle, Hazel Pyle, Dorothy Frank and our leader, Dawna Fosnight. Girls from this club who were chosen to represent our club at the county dress revue at the Jay County Fair were: Second year, Nadine Hoskins, Third year, Patsy Spade: Fourth year, Virginia Craig, Fifth year, Wanda Pyle, Hazel Pyle. Dorothy Frank and Norma Jean Keller. The county winners whose products went to the State Fair were: Dress Revue: Norma Jean Keller, Canning: Margaret Rose Miller and Johann Montgom- ery, Baking: Hazel Pyle and Dorothy Frank, Clothing: Wanda Pyle.
