Serving as student pastor and as a member of Gospel Teams, TOM BEAL has been very active during his college years. Proving himself to be a hard worker and able leader, he has influenced many by his strong testimony. Tom is a biology major from Glenside, Pennsylvania. Greek major DAVE PIERCEALL has also been very active while at Bryan. Chosen as Mr. Bryan his junior year, Dave has also been class vice- president and a member of Gospel Messengers. This year Dave is student body president. His singing talent has been enjoyed by many. WHO ' S- WHO Superior scholastic achievement, a witty sense of humor, and good citizenship characterize SANDRA SORRELL. Having served as COMMONER editor, student council member, and in many other positions, she has been a great asset to Bryan. A biology major from Kentucky, Sandra plans to teach in secondary schools upon graduation. LOIS TABOR, daughter of missionary parents ministering in Africa, has been very active in Foreign Missions Fellowship. This year, she is serving as treasurer of this organization. Majoring in French, Lois is very interested in mission work for her future life. 29

STUDENT COUNCIL Promoting the interest of both student body and administration, the coun- cil acts as a uniting force between these two groups. It also supervises many activities which add variety to the academic routine of college learning . The council is composed of two members from each class and three officers elected at large. By acting as leaders here, these students are gaining a keen insight into the difficulties encountered when dealing with people. This experience may serve as a great step in their preparation for His service .
