FRESHMEN Michael Wong Jimmy Zorio Ronald Zartman The Andersons Each year the incoming Freshman Class is assigned a class advisor since they are not well enough acquainted with the faculty to choose their own. For the first nine weeks Dr. John Anderson, professor of ancient languages, fills this position. After receiving degrees from the Uni- versity of Illinois and Dallas Theological Seminary, he received his Th.D. from Dallas in 1959. Dr. and Mrs. Anderson, with their three children, have been in the Bryan family for almost seven years . Genuine concern for the athletic program, for scholastic achievement, and for students in general characterizes Dr. Anderson; and for this reason he performs well his job as Freshman class advisor. 27
