( rf HERBERT W. HILL HAROLD GOEHRING jfn tl iem fiam One bright day, when all +he world seemed such a lovely place — He knocked at our door and took them away. We, the students of Bryan University, pay high tribute to the memory of the late Herbert W. Hill, beloved staff member, supervisor, and friend to all. If one word could sum up what was good and fine and challenging in so good a man, it would be FAITHFULNESS — faithfulness in friendship, in his home, in his church, faithfulness to all his standards of conduct and honor, and a magnificent failhfuiness to the work and to the university he loved and to which he gave his utmost in service. Time shall not wear down nor eat away the eternal memory of cherished friend- ship. Humble, helpful, and friendly to all — a life dedicated to full time service on the mission field. Harold ' s passing just a week before his graduation was a shocking, sobering blow to the University, and perhaps, God ' s means of calling others.
