FOREWORD . . . A decade . . . Long enough . . . to change the geography of a continent to gain a fortune — or lose one. Like Paul, we would not linger in the past, but the rather, press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. But yet — the past has its lessons for us. With this commencement Bryan University completes ten years of service. Trusting the unchanging God in a changing world, Bryan has learned, through depression and struggle, the walk of faith. We, who walk these corridors a short four years and then depart, have learned our lessons, too. There have been friendships; intriguing hours in classroom; quiet, moun- tain-top moments alone with God. A decade . . . This time, the one before us; only God knows what it holds in store.
