Fish Tenor Zelpha Lee Russell Soprano Sy ' BIl Lusk Contralto DwiGHT W. Ryther, Jr Bass Julia Anna Yancey . . Director v Although organized rather late in the year, the Bryan Quartet has found it impossible to fill all the engagements offered. Beginning with a beautiful Easter cantata, Bright Easter Morn, in which they w ' ere as- sisted by Julia Yancey, Virginia Kohout, John Hair, John De Rosset, and Mrs, Swafford, the quartet has completed a successful season, singing in Day- ton, Chattanooga, Soddy, Spring City, Pikeville, Sale Creek, and Grandview, in both schools and churches. But their activity has not been confined to the local and neighboring institutions, for through the medium of the Radio Revival of Chattanooga ' s broadcasting station, WDOD, their ministry of song has, on the first Sunday of each month, been spread far and wide. It is anticipated that another year will find them visiting their radio friends at least twice a month — perhaps more often. 30 f THE BRYAN ECHO Editor-in-Cliief ...... G.
