Assemblies Spark Enthusiasm or Football Aside from the game itself, assemblies are the highlight of each week during football season. Within two short assemblies during first period, almost every person at Bryan Adams joins together to get nspiritl' and just have fun. Band, Belles, Cheerleaders, C.C.'s, C.B.'s, and Spirits repre- sent a great many people in assemblies. Presentation of our flag and the National Anthem are the first events of assemblies. Afterwards, cheerleaders present skits, give out spirit sticks, and lead in cheers. Band and majorettes add sparkle by playing jazz numbers that are the trademark of our band. Occasionally as a spe- cial treat, the Belles perform their routines. The assemblies ended every time with our alma mater. Assemblies raised support for our football team each week. Lunchroom Picks Up Student Spirit Over the years, the Bryan Adams cafeteria has become the most popu- lar gathering and meeting place in our school. Where else can you buy a complete lunch, stock up on school supplies, and enjoy good music all at the same time? The B.A. bookstore has been very beneficial in aiding students with necessary supplies. The store is stocked full ofjust about anything a stu- dent might need or want, including a Student Action Box for any sugges- tions students might have to better our school. Thejuke box provides the type of music that the students like to hear and makes the lunch periods a little more enjoyable and entertaining. If you need to know about any certain event, check the room. They will supply you with a complete agenda of what's happenin' at our school. if- ABOVE LEFT: Shane Farris takes milk break from his hectic day.
