El C alutes utstanding tudents Boss Bailey Reflecting all the traits that are attributed to the per- fcctn student, Ross Bailey impressed both the faculty and his fellow students with his character. One of the best trainers BA has ever had, he worked long and hard with the coaches and teams he managed. As a sophomore, Ross managed the B football team. During both his junior and senior years, he spent his fall semesters training the varsity football team and his spring semesters training the varsity baseball team. Both years each team did well in competi- tion, and part of the credit must be given to the quality of training the team members received. ln addition to his athletic endeavors, Ross performed other activities with the same degree of excellence. In the classroom, he was the type of student that teachers enjoyed teaching and students enjoyed knowing. He tutored other BA students diligently, and his sportsmanship appeared as he did his best to help them achieve the same degree of ex- cellence on the football field and baseball diamond. The el Conquistador is proud to honor Boss Bailey for his winning determination by presenting him an el C Salutesf' As president of the Science Club, Leslie Prater kept busy planning the annual Science Symposium held in March.
