WITHROW Directing Duties And Discipline Directing diverse student activities, deciding diffi- cult disciplinary questions, and handling dozens of other duties, large and small, are our two vice- principals, Mr. Alvin Withrow and Mr. Dearl Rich- ardson. Much of the responsibility for keeping the school running smoothly is theirs. Not only do they calendar the regular events and activities of Bryan Adams, but they also promote and arrange many special activities as well. Their administration of the program for parent conferences determines the rea- son and prevention of academic failure. This is one of their most important functions.
