Senior Day, the Spaghetti Dinner, night dances and caroling in the halls at Christmas are only a few of the activities of the Student Council. This governing council of, by, and form the students is led by officers who are elected by the student body the preceding spring. It is composed of two repre- sentatives from each homeroom plus a Junior and a Senior member-at-large. Student Students enjoy dancing in the gym at lunch- time due to the efforts of the Student Council Lunch Time Activities Committee of which Carol Crawford is chairman. Breaking in line and eating early are Moni- tors' privileges but with these privileges come responsibilities. Monitors are on duty all day with special assignments at lunch. They are in charge of seating arrangements for assemblies and are on duty at all basketball games and dances.
