MR. CECIL R. TOWSLEE Difficult would hardly be the word to describe the tremendous job which is done by Mr. Towslee as Superintendent of our schools. In addition to his work on the varied routine phases of his job, he has, by his progressive policies and devoted efforts, been instrumental in securing funds for our schools. In the ten years he has been superintendent of the Brunswick School system, he has seen the total en- rollment increase from five hundred and fifty to twenty-one hundred and fifty. Mr. Towslee is known not only for this work but for his ever ready smile and fi iendly hello MISS MAUDE EDWARDS Miss Edwards in addition to the many duties she must fulfill each dav as principal of Brunswick High School in relation to administration discipline or class scheduling has always been willing to help students with their vaiious problems and to extend a friendly hand to newcomers In the eight years she has been principal her position has gained more importance and faced new problems but she s always been ready to deal capably with them MR IOUIS VISINTAINER Mr Visintalner yery capably fills his position as assistant principal of our school Along with the headaches caused by a growing school such as Bruns wick he is faced daily with problems of admmistra tion truancy scheduling and Just about ey ery phase of school aCt1X ities In addition to this he is a de voted teacher fiom whom students haye gained a respect of our nation and its people of our American heritage and of good citizenship ' 1 , . v C s 1 1 . . 1. Miss Evelyn Kreidle Grove City College, B.S. Mrs. Olga Zimmerman Baldwin Wallace. A.B. Mrs. Larita .Iividen Kent State University. B.S. COMMERCIAL Miss Evelyn Kreidle teaches business law, seventh grade math, typing and shorthand. This is her second year on the high school faculty. Mrs. Olga Zimmerman has taught in Brunswick for two years. Besides typing, she also has a bookkeeping class and three English classes. For three years Mrs. Larita Jividen has been Y-Teen advisor. She is teaching English 9 and general business in addition to office prac- tice and typing I. -A Miss Kreidle, Mrs. Zimmerman, and Mrs Jividen. SCIENCE Our yearbook advisor, Mr. Burton R. Zimmerman, has been in Brunswick three years. Besides teaching physics, chemistry, and science, he is in charge of the projectionists and photographers. This is Mr. Donald Tibbitts'first year on the faculty. He teaches ninth and tenth grade mechanical drawing, in addi- tion to general science. The Junior class co-advisor, Miss Leona Lee Marra, is teaching health, physical education, and biology. She has been on the Brunswick faculty for six years.
