The final victory over the Blue- stone Barons enabled the Bulldogs to break even and obtain some consola¬ tion from a long season. The usually rainy weather stayed away and enabled the Bulldogs to play more games than they have for several years. However, inconsistent offense was the chief cul¬ prit in the Bulldogs ten losses, despite receiving excellent pitching from the staff. Expectations are high for next season, as the Bulldogs return nine vet¬ erans for the springtime wars. Marvin Mull is congratulated after scoring the winning run in 6-5 Bulldog victory over the Cumberland Dukes. ▼ 16 Baseball
