-AFW. F.H.A. CLUB The Future Homemakers of America is the national or- ganization of pupils studying homemaking in junior and senior high schools of the United States and Territories. It was formed to keep the girls interested in homemaking and to develop fundamental home ' making qualities. The pur- pose of the Hi-Y is to create, maintain, and extend throughout the home, school, and community, high standards of Chris- tian character. F.F.A. CLUB The F. F. A. stands for the Future Farmers of America. This is a national organization of farm boys who are expected to become farmers. The primary aim of the Future Farmers of America is the development of agricultural leadership, cooperation, and citizenship. The motto, Learn- ing to Do-Doing to Learn-Earning to Live- Living to Serve, is filled with practical phil- osophy, reflecting a spirit and sincerity that shows the true viewpoint of farm youth. The F. F. A. is one of the most outstanding national pupil organizations in America. All throughout the year, the F. F. A. has such contests as dairy judging, farm mechanics, crop judging and forestry. In February, a Father and Son Banquet is given for our fathers. it . . tk .
