CAFETERIA PERSONNEL These faithful women have the monumental task of ordering, preparing, and serving our daily lunches. Their work begins early and ends only when everything has been made ready for the next day’s group of rushing, ravenous students. Their diligence greatly aids the routine of the school day. Mrs. Lobelia Baird, Mrs. Carol Butler and Mrs. Ida Mitchell. CUSTODIAL STAFF W. Henry Kidd and Mrs. Bernice C. Kidd. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Kidd are the dedicated couple who help us keep our classrooms and halls neat and clean. They can be seen every day, sweeping, dusting, polishing and doing those “be¬ hind the scene” jobs which give our Academy such a pleasing and inviting appearance. The Academy students appreciate the fine maintenance job which Mr. and Mrs. Kidd are doing. 11

ALTON P. FULLBRIGHT, Assistant Headmaster A newcomer to Brunswick Academy this year, Mr. Alton Fullbright assumed the duties of Assistant Headmaster on July 1, 1967. He hails from Sylva, North Carolina, and graduated from Western Carolina University, where he ma¬ jored in Physical Education and Spanish. Mr. Fullbright then taught in Brevard Jr. and Senior High School in Bre¬ vard, North Carolina. For one year, he was youth director of the Y.M.C.A. He is married to the former Nancy Franklin, who is librarian at Brunswick Academy, and they have a five-year- old son, Curtis, who attends kindergarten at the Academy. Mr. Fullbright has won the respect and admiration of students and faculty alike by his sincere counselling of stu¬ dents and his fair and efficient administration of discipline. 13
