IN THE STATE MEET, 1922. if The representatives of the Brown and Gold travelled to Austin last May 2 to bring home some of the laurels of the State Meet-and they did. In athletics, E i the mighty Mike captured first place with the diseus by a heave of 117 feet, -ll - and he also added a tally by placing fourth in the century. The relay team gg: i finished sixth in competition with thirty-five teams from all parts of the state. gil 3 Our debaters did excellent work and nearly turned all opponents out in dis- E I 11 grace.
