FOREWORD The moving finger writes and having writ—moves on. These words of Omar Khayyam seem fitting while we Seniors take a backward look. Father Time was there with his hour glass when we green sopho- mores were following the arrows to our various classrooms. He was present as we made new friends in our senior high and collected our assignments from our teachers. Two years to go was an eternity! The sand in the bottom of the hour glass was higher—we were juniors. We still struggled through those inevitable assignments; but we were above the sophomore rating. Now, we were spectators of some dis- tinction at the various sport events; a more established part of the audience at the plays and the music events, and more prestige at the dances and other social events. Had we but looked, the sand was higher when we became members of that esteemed group known as Seniors. The days passed quickly— assignments, name cards, tests, senior party, semester exams, ban- quet, honor ratings, class night—and it was Graduation Day. Father Time must be chuckling as we passed this important milestone in our lives—a milestone that we thought three years ago was an eternity. ANNA SICHKO Co-Editor
