The class of 1979 came to kindergarten with a look of frightfulness in their eyes. As the years passed we managed to come out of grade school' without having a sore butt. Thanks to Mrs. Nelson who didn't always make us sit on the floor when we tipped over on our chairs. High school was a new experience for us since we were angels in grade school. But the upper classes seemed to change us. They taught us how to cheat, raise cane, and how to skip school. Through the years we have been through many sad, happy and exciting times. We will miss each other and we wish to thank the faculty for being able to put up with us. Cal ran away from Mrs. Hurlbuts class (Kindergarten)? Steve R. and Gail broke Mr. Zinters plant stand, boy was he furious! Sue, Karl, Carol, and Todd spiked the punch for Prom 77 ? Lisa tore her dress while dressing in the car before Homecoming 1978? We all had bubble gum on the last day of school in 6th grade? We all had boy and girl friends for our capital trip in 6th grade (puppy love). Mr. Lee's pants split in Art class? Sherry and Karl pulled Lenny's pants down in Phy-Ed? Dawn and Anita lit a smoke bomb in the locker room? Going up on the stage during noon hour? Passing out in class? Having to hold hands with Mr. Zinter when you were bad during milk break? Playing marbles? Sherry and Wanda sat on the sewing machine and broke the leg? Putting Playboy pictures an Mr. Robbins screen? Mrs. Zinter falling off her chair? Sherry got caught cheating during a spelling test and having to write 17 words a hundred times each?
