Various commissions in CA. help foreign students with their problems, hold Bible study hours, and have weekly breakfast for meditation. This year, C.A. sponsored World Affairs Week and the Blood Bank Drive, participated in the New England Christian Conference, and worked in the Crippled Children,s Home. Religious Union co-ordinates the activities of all religious groups on campus. Its non-sectarian program includes the Freshman Week Clergy Reception, Volunteer Service, Interfaith Service, and the annual Religious Embassy Week held in conjunction with the Brown Christian Association. Old fashioned Christmas CITY GIRLS Of all the projects that the City Cirlst Associa- tion has undertaken since its founding in 1943, that of obtaining the use of West House as a City Girls5 dorm was the most ambitious and most re- warding. This year, for the first time, city girls could stay overnight as often as fifteen times a semester. They could use the house for parties and as a place to study or relax. Along with their an- nual events, tan Open House for Brown, a Mother-daughter tea, and a May Day receptionL the girls held a buffet supper in March to pay for the newly purchased refrigerator for West House.
