'M X BARBARA BENNO ln everybody's heart there is a spot for Barbara. Her ever-lovin ' personality. her generosity and dependability have made her one of our most popular students. Everyone watches and listens in wonder every time she sets her magical fingers down on the keyboard of the nearest piano. Due to her skill we are sure Fame stands waiting in the wings of the concert stage. Barbara's ability also found expression in other ways-such as being President of Delta Sigma and Student Body Prexy-no less. Her future looks bright but we must insert one word of caution - - - Beware of motorcycles!

The many lovely girls from there have constituted a real lure to our campus, Through the years we have watched Grace develope poise and beauty until she has achieved a position of popularity and leadership. holding down such offices as: Vice President of Delta Sigma Club, Secretary of Senior Class and Assistant Editor of our annual. Besides all this. Craceis ability to act gave her the juvenile lead of the senior play. J I 1 1 '

E X we sau. avian, KAY GOULDIN How can a typical desert flower. grow- ing up in the midst of the hot desert sands manufacture the yen to be an Olympic Swimming Champion? You must have taken a dip in a desert mirage. Kay Couldin. Her life in Kernville. California. gave Kay the proper background for her role as Cowboy Bill in the senior play. for she has the friendly. warm-hearted approach of the typical westerner. It was said that somebody saw Kay riding across the desert sands in an effort to catch up with The Chost Rider ln The Skyl' especially one by the name of An.- Y , but what are we sayinff' He can't be a ghost because she writes to him every week. ,. . ln contrast to Kay's athletic ambitions are certain domestic qualities. such as art work. We have it on good authority that she goes to church early so she can be there when the hymns thimsl are given out. But whatever your lot may be. we wish you a lot of joy and success. Kay.
