The 1987 baseball season was a rebuilding season because they had many new recruits. Throughout the year, the players improved both defensively and offensively. All of the players will be returning next year except for one senior. Even though the team battled hard throughout the year, they had a losing season. They lost their first game in Regional Conference play to West Pike with a final score of 8 to 9. They ended they season with a 6-17 record. Since most of the team will be returning next year, we should see a great season. Mike Hill is curious as to what is going on. Baseball Front: Jon Boylen, Mike Hill. Jason Hills. Kevin Kelly.
