F.F.A. S.C. Dam The second annual FFA Student Council Barn Dance was a roaring success! There were a lot of students there, all enjoying an exciting evening at the Hersman Community Center. Everyone was dressed very casually except for the Air Band LipSync partici-parts. They were dressed to look like their favorite musical groups. The groups consisted of everything from traditional country to heavy metal. Angie Heaton appeared as Patsy Cline singing '‘Crazy”. Debbie Woodworth and Carol Howard lipsynced to a melody of 60’s music. Allen McCaskill and Chris Lurtz resembled Bryan Adams and Tina Turner. Terry Barr, Randy Sitz, Mike Pulse, and others imitated Poison. Aaron Kassing, Dan Rent-meister, Mike Logsdon and Eric Carter jammed out to AC DC and Mike Hill, the winner of the contest, did his sly interpretation of Phil Collins. Mike won the total of the entry fees paid by each contestant. The dance floor was hopping when Angie arrived in Patsy Cline-wear. Julie seems to have something caught in her throat! 22 'Judy the Wallflower” Allen McCaskill and Christina Lurtz as Bryan Adams and Tina Turner.
