It was a successful year for the Varsity Hornettes. They ended the season 13-13. The first 500 season in over four years. Receiving the Second Place trophy at the Mendon Tourney was one of the highlights of the season. During the Regionals, the Hornettes were beaten by the First Place team, the Beardstown tigers. Each team member tried their hardest but they fell short by a heartbreaking 9 points at the final buzzer. Five seniors will be missed next year. A large bench and several sophomores will step up to fill the vacancies. Good job Hornettes. JV in action! Mendon Tourney Trophy 9 v.
