Student Council rgttnizes Year's Activities Committees aid in planning events, seeing that they run smoothly At Brother Rice, the torch of leadership is held by a nucleus of students elected to the Student Council. In the Council, school ac- tion is initiated by year and home- room officers. Last spring in the first Council elections, Pete Foley, Bob Pmininger, Elmer Clawson and Tim Nolan emerged victorious. Under the mod- eration of Br. Morris, the Council has been expanded. Committees have been formed to handle activities such as Homecoming and Field Day. A new Pep Club shirt was introduced. Assemblies with guest speakers were organized to supplement the schools academic program.
